ICE Propel An 8-week, community-first accelerator
You’re building something ambitious. You’re getting closer to the raise. And you want to walk into those investor conversations with clarity, confidence, and the right people in your corner.
That’s what ICE Propel is for.
What is ICE Propel?
This year, ICE Propel is supporting women and non-binary founders building tech-enabled companies who are preparing to raise £250k to £1m in the next 6 to 12 months.
It exists because access to the right networks still decides who gets funded. And too often, founders from under-recognised groups are left outside the room.
ICE Propel is built to change that. With structure, investment readiness, and a community that supports.
Who it’s for
You should apply if you are:
- A woman or non-binary founder
- Building a tech or tech-enabled business
- Preparing to raise £250k to £1m in the next 6 to 12 months
- People of colour and other under-recognised founder groups are strongly encouraged
What to expect
We’re not just about a curriculum; we’re about a community. For 8 weeks, you’ll be immersed in a supportive, collaborative environment designed to help you and your business thrive. Here’s what you can expect:
Investment Readiness: We’ll help you refine your pitch, build a powerful investor pack, and understand the psychology of fundraising. You’ll get direct, honest feedback from people who have been there before.
Community & Network: You’ll join a curated cohort of ambitious founders and gain access to The ICE Network of over 470 founders, operators, and investors. This is your opportunity to build relationships that last far beyond the programme.
Mentorship That Matters: You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor from the ICE community who will be there to guide you, challenge you, and support you every step of the way.
Real Results: So far, we’ve helped 12 founders raise capital and achieve a 9.4/10 average feedback score. We don’t guarantee funding, but we guarantee you’ll leave with the confidence, clarity, and connections to make it happen.
The closing date for applications is Friday 27th February at 5pm GMT
