We didn’t set out to create just another business network.

We set out to create a ​real community.

It started with a simple truth: Founding a company is exhilarating, exhausting and all-encompassing.

We wanted a space where founders could drop the armour. A place to ask the questions that AI can’t answer. To give and receive help without keeping score. To swap ideas, explore opportunities, and grow together.

We found each other.

And then we found more of us.

Now, ICE is a living, breathing network that stretches across​ tech industries and borders.

We convene on mountain tops and beaches. We converse in kitchens at midnight and in the quiet corners of conferences. We champion each other in ways that can’t be faked. We open doors, make introductions, and spark new ventures. We share vantage points, trade battle scars and lift each other up when it’s tough, and we celebrate the wins like they’re our own.
