All In

This pledge was initiated by a dedicated team from ICE. It represents a unified effort by the UK startup and scaleup ecosystem to actively promote diversity and inclusion within our businesses, aiming to create a more equitable world. We’ve developed a commitment designed to empower leaders to take meaningful action.

Our initial objective is to motivate and inspire leaders of the UK’s fastest-growing startups to engage proactively. By establishing a community of startup leaders, we facilitate peer-to-peer connections and learning, while also offering support and access to prominent diversity and inclusion experts and organisations.

Ride 25

ICE and its members support Ride25, a distinctive cycling organisation established to raise funds for charity through a series of 25 manageable cycling segments from London to Australia.
